  • to get our thoughts and advice on any aspect of European scale-model trains, vehicles and accessories.

We invite you to send us an e-mail for any of these reasons, using the Eurobahn Ottawa e-mail address at the top of this page. Retailers, however, should use the Eurobahn Québec e-mail address.

Or you can phone us direct during normal business hours in North America's Eastern Time Zone (currently that's GMT-4 from the second Sunday in March until the first Sunday in November and GMT-5 during the rest of the year).

And of course you can write to us in Ottawa by post if you prefer.

Please note that we are open only to a limited degree during late January and early February of each year, so that we can attend the International Toy Fair in Germany and also renew other European contacts. During this period, we will not necessarily be able to answer all phone calls and e-mails promptly.
